With over 20 years of experience and education in medical billing practices I have created this company on behalf of Medical Providers.  I have managed billing departments, ran specialty clinics, worked in general medicine and outsourced billing companies.  Understanding firsthand the importance and complexities of running a successful practice.

The focus of all medical doctors should be on providing services to patients in their time of need.  I have dedicated myself to assisting providers in the process of billing and coding guidelines to fix the correctable errors in the insurance companies game of processing claims.  Most providers don't know or don't have the necessary tools to code exams according to insurance company guidelines.  Which most rejections or denials of claims are actually due to coding edits and limitations, not the listed rejection of: medical necessity requirements have not been met or Non Covered service. This can get tricky! With the right plan of action, these issues can be resolved. That's when I decided to create a Billing Department Solution to assist in correcting those errors before rejections and denials start piling up. Overall insurance  payments should be the focus of a billing company not the provider.

I strongly believe providers need to focus on patient treatment, not just revenue. The creation of Billing Department Solution is to assist providers and get them back to the most important part of their practice, Patient Care!
