FEES FOR SERVICE
We pride ourselves on providing high quality services at the most reasonable cost to providers. We do not require short-term or long-term contracts, instead our services are provided on a month-to-month basis. If you are unhappy with the service we provide there is no obligation to use our service any longer.
At Billing Department Solution, we feel it is important to have transparency in our fee structure. There are no hidden fees and no surprise additional monthly expenses to your practice. You will be billed at agreed upon rates allowing you to predict and better manage your monthly expenses. Our current fees are listed below:

FEE FOR SERVICE PLAN:

$500.00 – one time enrollment fee - New Clients Only

$600.00 - $750.00 monthly minimum administrative fee + $1.50 per claim submitted - varies by volume

Monthly clearinghouse fee - Gateway EDI/TriZetto or Office Ally - Paid by Provider.

Consulting - up to 20 hours a month $600.00 - up to 40 hours a month $1,300.00 - terms apply.

$35/hour - for projects or special requests.
